Wonder why they are there?
It’s incredible to me that this trip has come up so soon… I haven’t even got time to sit down and get excited about it. My first thought is anxiety – it’s been soo long since I travelled that I’ve fogotten how to be a new person in a new place… the lure of the familiar is stronger these days (except where Africa is concerned…*winks*).
But I’m going to do it anyway… just in case you thought I might be wimping out…

How long to go?
I was saying goodbye to a friend at the airport today (off to London), and the Air Canada flight at the next check-in section stopped at Honolulu on its way to Vancouver. I thought of you and wondered if it was happening: and it is! ;-)
