I am in possession of 20 rather lovely festive Moo Postcards fashioned from my very own Christmassy photos all of which I am set on dedicating to my fabulous bloggy friends. In fact, not only dedicating… but SENDING.
Of course, to do so means I need to have your addresses to which I may send them… so… if you are one of my regular readers and I’m NOT likely to see you at the office or in my neighbourhood this Christmas leave me a comment in my email and the first 20 18 will be the lucky recipients.
Oh, and on a security note, don’t leave me your address in the comments, just let me know you want one and I’ll send you an email to follow up… Or just send me an email to the address above…
Oh, Jay and Kerri? You’re already on the list!!
By the way, and if you want to return the favour… I’ll add my postal address to the email because I LOVE getting Christmas mail… *grin*
It is Finished
The Last Post.
29 not out
Wouldn’t it just SUCK to forget to post tonight? To get all the way to the penultimate day of NaBlo and to blow it then. I’m not in danger, I just remembered and it’s only 11pm. Plenty of time to document the day. And if I do document it, promise you won’t get weirded out, ok? It was a bit of God day. Or at least, it started that way.
This is what I mean…
One of the things that happens at the end of every year in college/uni is that we all get prayed for to see us on our way into our future; whether that future means coming back for more college or going on to the next thing. It’s nice, kind of a blessing. It’s a bonus that the college is small, around 300 students otherwise it could take quite some time because each student is prayed for individually, as it is it takes the week, as we’re only there for the mornings… and the poor person praying, they’d be shattered…
…anyway…
… what happens is that the person praying for you is talking with God while he’s praying for you and will tell you what God’s saying to him/her about you; a prophecy, if you will. (Stay with me, you’ve been to a psychic, right? Well, it’s no weirder than that… seriously). And blow me down if much of the time it isn’t as if someone was reading your mail.
Today was very much like that for me. If I had a copy of the audio I’d put some in, I’ll have to get hold of it tomorrow. In the meantime it’s good to know I’m on the right track that the future is bright and that God smiles.
Pretty much what you’d ever want to hear really except that it felt as though it was very specific to my plans for next year… and I’m happy about that.
Top Marks
That marathon assignment, that major work of all major works that took me OMG too many sleepless nights and days of mucus to finish, came back to me today.
With a stamp of 89%. That’s a High Enough distinction in my book.
Yay.
Totally worth the effort even if I was a little verbose… when you work that hard you really could care less that those extra 600 words cost you marks. Especially when the marks are that good.
That’s one point off 90%.
I am v pleased… can you tell?
